Does love suck?

Come September 10th, we will find out... I'm still not a fan of Stephan but Damon, yes indeed. I am reserving judgment on the show because I have read the books so many times that I'm terrified they are going to f**k it up. Hence, I'm expecting very, very little but way of continuity. I think all my hope was lost with Elena's brown hair in the show and blond hair in the book...
