According to Aint It Cool News, ABC has confirmed a pilot about the DC/Vertigo comic Fables. Holy Shit!!! I love this series, I really do. Anyone who has been to my house has seen the artwork that D and I made from the covers of all the comics. Fabulous Fables collages.... but along with my fangirl frenzy comes my serious doubt that ABC has what it takes to bring this series to life. Plus the tone of the comics is better suited to film or cable. Bah!!! I don't suppose Rachel Weisz and Clive Owen would leave their amazing movie careers to come play Bigby and Snow?
